Date: 25/07/2019Moneyspot has allowed me to borrow funds when I have struggled to obtain approval elsewhere. I am a repeat customer and can say upon reapplying, the application process is even faster than the first time. Application is done online and is amazingly quick with funds entering my account within hours. Customer service has been great with prompt replies to emails and friendly service on the phone. The chat option however, is usually offline but if you email or phone, you will get a much quicker response as opposed to leaving a message via the chat tab. You can pay the loan out early, by phone or through the portal which I have made use of multiple times. I cannot thank moneyspot enough for assisting me when I've needed extra cash!
