Last year went to them for Light treatment, on the third final treatment, my face blew up I didn't look like myself, called them and instead of owning up, they got the nurse to tell me I have signed they are not responsible, and will be checking with me later, as they put it happens a minor side effect now and again. no matter I didn't experience that the first few times. I couldn't wait any longer that day and went to see my GP, which prescribed strong antibiotics as she said I have been infected under the skin. very bad experience, and to date they haven't called me to follow up or check if I am ok. not to mention I had to wait for them to book me in for months as their therapist was not available....it was an awful ordeal and wouldn't recommend it to no one. thanks

I'm a 70 year old retired reg nurse & have never previously wanted a facial procedure but decided it's about time to give it a go. I found a Groupon offer for FAB and rang to inquire. Robyne the receptionist helpfully answered my questions and made me a booking for a free consultation. After completing the usual front desk documentation I was "examined" by Christine Anderson, the practice Reg Nurse. After many pertinent questions regarding my very "out in the sun" life style Christine suggested that the product I had chosen wasn't the best option for me and ran through the procedures currently available at FAB as well as ELSEWHERE. She suggested that I go home and consider the options she had so very carefully & competently explained. I had already decided on an appropriate treatment and enough time was available for a facial needling. The procedure was not at all painful, I actually enjoyed the calm vibration and especially the vit C facial massage. I appreciate so much Christine's ethical behaviour & honesty & that she did not in any way push products & procedures on to me. I can't express enough my satisfaction with this first visit to FAB.
