As per Multi State Cooperative Societies Registration ACT, 2002 for registration of any Multi Co-operative Society an application is required to be submitted with the Central Registrar of Societies in Form 1 with following enclosures:

Four copies of Bye-Laws.

Bank Certificate certifying that
the required capital is deposited in the Proposed society’s bank account.
·
Certified true copy of resolution
stating details of chief promoter.
·
List of all the proposed members.
·
A scheme explaining the economic
soundness of the proposed society.
