Them thank you thank you very much for coming out I'm and braving the weather to be with me I'm always excited to have the opportunity to be able to speak at home informally I'm outside love the Austin a room which where there's a different energy and if an expectation I'm my guess is the one thing that many view in this room would-be interested in hearing me speak about is the we're going to do with of manage the world and my commitment to service I'm in regards to how it impacts a spot on a national level and as on an international level and how you all can ultimately get involved I'm this work is very important to me and it's the only thing at this point in my life that really make sense it's really not know what after I've been doing yoga for a while and I've been doing yoga since I was 19 and down 44 so it's a twenty-five years and many of those years younger was really about me my health my life my happiness my commitments how it's going to improve my relationships .
