Our mission is to inspire readers by making a positive impact in their lives through telling the lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and intersex community’s stories and encouraging and enabling people to improve relationships and engage with each other, wherever they are in businesses, schools, with their families, or in their neighbourhoods.
Over the years, we have evolved and grown, breaking free from the confines of traditional media. From its roots as a tabloid newspaper, QNews has blossomed into a dynamic and commercially thriving enterprise. Today, our reach extends beyond imagination, with over 500 locations where our publication is distributed - from cozy cafes to bustling nightlife venues, luxury hotels, charming bookstores, vibrant arts venues, esteemed education centers, and welcoming libraries - spreading our message of acceptance and understanding across Queensland, Northern NSW, and the Northern Territory.
