Our interdisciplinary team and volunteers coordinate care to provide physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual support through the final stages of illness and beyond. We service the general Pennsylvania area including Beaver, Canonsburg, Uniontown, Pittsburgh as well as Fayette County, Westmoreland County, Butler County, Allegheny County.
