I’ve absolutely loved being part of the Bx Networking community! The events are well organised, welcoming, and full of genuine connection-not just a bunch of business card swaps. I’ve met some amazing people, grown my network, and picked up heaps of practical business tips along the way. Highly recommend for any business owner or professional looking to grow with a supportive and proactive group!

Hey everyone! Just wanted to share my personal experience with Bx Networking, in case anyone here is considering joining or has been curious about them. Bx is a business networking organisation with a strong focus on building relationships over time, rather than just transactional referrals. I’ve been a member for a few months now and here’s my honest take.
1. The structure of their meetings actually encourages meaningful conversations, not just elevator pitches.
2. You meet a wide range of business owners. From startups to established businesses.
3. There are regular events across different locations (including online), which gives flexibility.
4. I’ve made some solid connections, even picked up a couple of new clients.
5. They seem to take feedback seriously. I’ve seen processes improve over time.
Overall, Bx works well if you’re committed to relationship-based networking and not just looking for quick leads. It’s not perfect (what is?) but I’ve seen genuine effort to improve, and for me, it’s been worthwhile.

I have been a member of Bx for over 5 years now and all I can say is Bx has helped me lot with my business. Because of Bx, my business grew, made a lot of referrals and gave me the opportunity to attend conferences where I learned a lot as an entrepreneur. You can really get value from what you've paid for. The support is massive and the team to every group really looks after you making sure you, and your business is supported. More success to Bx!

Be careful- they make it look like some chapters are active but they are not, meaning I couldn’t attend plus after joining there was NO communication from anyone anyway. Refunds are of course refused and it takes them months to give replies. Took me over 12 months for them to respond properly 🙄.

Beware. These scam artists do not have any interest in you or your business only your money. They tell you it's a monthly fee but in little tiny writing they lock you into a year long contract and will harass you to continue with them years later. They spam all your contact information etc. My biggest business regret is joining these crooks.

This is an unethical and dodgy company - don't go near them. I have had to get a lawyer involved as well as the Commerce Commission/Consumer Protection and Disputes Tribunal, for assistance with multiple breaches of my rights under The Consumer Guarantees Act and their attempts to rip me off.
Their focus is purely on getting money out of people. They will falsely advertise to reel you in, then not deliver (tons of problems) and continually ignore requests to get it sorted. They ignore correspondence regarding their illegal actions (probably because they think they will get away with it, again). Yet they contact you to chase money and threaten you.
Unfortunately this time, they did this to the wrong person. I am not ok with some greedy, dodgy person taking hard earned money from small business owners who think they are getting something genuine.
Some vulnerable, or not so switched on people have the wool pulled over their eyes but astute people are onto them - including people in the network who have complained to me and since left. Note a Facebook review from Paul Sheaffe recently. This person told me a few times over the past few months that he has no clients or new business. He has been with Bx for 'over 8 years now'.
A quick Google search will reveal other warning reviews too.Whatever the post in response to this is not truthful and best ignored. I won't be responding, as I am going to have this company pulled into line via legal channels.
You have been warned.

what a bunch of absolute con-artists. They get you to sign what they tell you is a membership application form. They later insist it is a contract, except you are the only one that signed. The application form has what appears to be "options". Join on a month to month basis (credit card) and you're told that you must join for a minimum of six months. The other option indicates a box you can tick to join for the minimum of six months (payed in advance) I ticked this box, and decided not to continue after the six months. (nothing here for me) That's when I received notice of legal action. Apparently the minimum choice of 6 months has some other meaning according to them. So now I face letting them continue to charge my credit card or face legal action from e-collect. A total con. Don't get caught...
