You grow when you rest, not when you're working outdoors. Make sure you get 7-9 hours of sleep every night and let your muscles rest a couple of days before training them again.Second meal I have another cup of rolled oats by using a cup of protein powder snow. It might seem boring, but I'm concerned about building muscle and nothing else.
