In Tunisia, a person's declaration of health has to be signed and sent facing a Public Health Office. The signatory is expected to fill out and sign the health declaration form that contains detailed information on personal health conditions that require a specific level of care, experience and protection. This form was executed in 2021. In order to obtain health insurance, one has to obey the rules set by the government such as providing annual medical checkups, vaccination of children and women, paying a yearly fee and getting registration with a valid passport.
