Your Permanent Address should correspond to your current residence in the country where you are visiting. Your Temporary Address should correspond to your current residence in that country. Depending on your situation, you might even need to present these documents at screening points during your stay in Malta. When completing the form, you should have a copy of the form on hand before you travel.
