Actually, I had worked in some restaurants and hotels in Melbourne and wanted to join bigger star hotels. My work experience and qualifications were sufficient to find such a job. But, I had no responsible service of alcohol (RSA) certification from VCGLR required for serving or offering liquors. This was the main reason for rejection of my candidature. While searching for such a certification, I selected RSA Melbourne's class room training program. Besides conducting quality training session, the center supports audio-visual modules for better understanding. Finally I got the mandatory license and also my desired job at preferred organization.
