It’s important to note, you don’t have to be injured to seek and receive myotherapy treatment. In fact, we recommend you get maintenance treatment every 6-8 weeks just like you get your car service regularly.

Here at Myofitness, out regular maintenance treatments are design to balance muscle/ soft tissue length, normal joint mobilization/ bone position, increase blood flow to re-establish the body’s capacity to rebuild by enhancing nutrient distribution to the affected area, as well as removal of waste products via the blood and lymphatic system.

Our Myotherapist have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology to determine a treatment plan.
