The business specialises in The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP) and also provides other therapies such as life coaching, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and therapeutic counselling. Therapies are specifically tailored to the individual to overcome past trauma that may have held them back, then move forward with their lives feeling rejuvenated.
