Date: 10/10/2014Not sure how to edit old review. After the initial quote, car was booked in promptly, was kept updated throughout and was really happy with the work.
Date: 17/09/2014Went in last Tuesday for a quote, was told it would be done and would receive a call in 48 hours. Call insurance company on Monday and ask if they got it, no, so they called the guy and they were told he went on annual leave (for 3 days?) and it would be done by tomorrow. Call up Tuesday, not done yet, will be done Wednesday. Call up Wednesday.... well you get the idea. Apparently will be done by tomorrow. Did manage to speak to the man and he said he's been busy. Perfect place if you love waiting 9 days for a simple quote, can't imagine how long the repairs will take!
