Within the first 12 months two of the shutters (manual operating) had seized up, couldn't be wound up or down. Had the 'repairer' come out and wouldn't you know it, one worked on the day and the other he fixed, commenting that the problem 'shouldn't have occurred' . A coupe of months out of warranty and the shutter that wasn't repaired on the day is out of action (and has been since his visit but I just hadn't got around to contacting them again). I called to ask for someone to come and fix it and they said it's $180 service call!!!!! Good Lord, it's a 2 minute job and they want $180? Even tradies don't ask for such ridiculous call out fees! I asked to speak to the manager who was 'at lunch' so requested she call back. No response so I called again and she wouldn't speak to me. Just adamant that it's $180 and that's that! Product is great but I'm afraid the after service leaves a lot to be desired! Pretty damn rude that the manager just left her admin to listen to my complaint and wouldn't deal with it herself. Very disappointing.

Use at your own risk. Had windows measured up in the first week of July and 1 week out from Xmas we are still waiting. Found their level of interest in your all but vanishes after you have paid the 50% deposit. After a "delay with customs" which lasted over 15 business days (Not sure what was happening over the weekend - or does 15 business days seem less than 3 weeks) we finally get told they have arrived in the warehouse and we'd have an installer call us within a week to arrange a fitting. Two weeks later at 6pm on a Saturday (after I have called them 3 times) I get asked is Monday at 8am okay - which it wasn't - rearranged for the Wednesday at 8am, the installer finally arrives at 10am. To make matters frustrating he had two panels missing from our front bedroom window. It has now been 2 weeks since he arrived and we are still not done with them. Phone calls to them have lead to nothing. No one there seems to care at all about us. Not apologies for us having no privacy in our front bedroom window (You have to take curtains etc down) No answer on where the two panels are. Nothing at all. Do not use this company. They are not worth the savings.

This company should not be in business!!! After waiting the quoted 11 weeks for our shutters we were told without so much as an apology, that they would be put on a boat from China in another another week & they couldn't give an arrival date. When pushed for a date, they said maybe another 5 weeks & from the lack of concern it seemed that as they had 50% deposit we might never see the shutters. The installer did eventually call to arrange delivery (the full 5 weeks later) & as a new subcontractor to Rollaway, his customer service was 1000 times better than anyone we had dealt with in the office. When he arrived & saw the window he realised that he needed a lot more parts than what Rollaway had provided & was concerned that he might not be able to fit the shutters at all since whoever had measured up had done such a bad job. He then had to return 2 weeks later to finally fit the shutters & told us on arrival that he wasn't allowed to leave until we coughed up the balance.Jessica, the "lovely" Executive Administrator, then threatened to have the installer dismantle the shutters if we didn't pay immediately & my fiancé had to drag me out of a meeting with my boss to do so. To me this only proves how many disgruntled customers this company must have. To top it off, when I tried to open the shutters the same night the were installed, the handle came off in my hand. Cheap rubbish that definitely wasn't worth the time, money, inconvenience or frustration. I am really kicking myself that I didn't go with Blockout Blinds who I had used before but who were quoting 2 weeks longer that Rollaway's original 11 weeks. Hopefully this review will spare someone else the pain.
