Shred T3X thing applies on a barbell press but you're going for about sternum elbows in at a forty-five whereas on an incline press you're going to come more towards the middle of your chest maybe even upper chest the higher up you come the more stress it puts on your shoulders though keep that in mind all right ten reps here so like it's a pretty sweet machine with the hoist but most gyms aren't gonna have that
