Date: 30/05/2022Buyer Friendly is a joke.
Brought a large 45m2 Greenhouse. They sent me 2/3rds of a greenhouse and a rug.
Fine I opened a dispute and asked for the correct package. A month later i had to take a day off work for their couriers to pick up rug and still no correct package.
Clearly no-one at the company speaks English because I even offered to pay for the rug so they could send the correct package straight away.
