Jack Baird, our managing director and owner, has 7 years of working experience in the Security Industry and is also academically qualified in Business, Criminology, Justice Studies and Security. He also has exceptional leadership and operational skills in various aspects of security processes. Megha Baird, our administration officer, holds a Masters Degree in Management and is capable of organising quick interviews and staff meetings effectively while making sure that the procedures and policies of Baird Brothers Protective Services are kept up-to-date.
