EHX Pitch Fork Pedal and AudioBuy Review Shopping around Australia for EHX pedals I could not believe the price of this unit advertised in Australian stores compared to the SAME EXACT PEDAL listed on USA stores for half the price. The best prices I could find for this particular Electro Harmonix pedal were from AudioBuy and TurraMusic , the delivered price did vary between these 2 stores but because I usually buy from TurraMusic I contacted them to price match the delivered price advertised on the AudioBuy.com.au website - they told me they couldn't lower the price any further and tha t the pedal being sold at AudioBuy was not "legitimate". I've never heard of counterfeit EHX pedals being sold anywhere , I got in touch with Katie at AudioBuy and asked if they sell counterfeit electro-harmonix pedals , best to check. AudioBuy showed me their online reviews for the EHX pedals they've sold and my scepticism was put to rest so i could order at the lower price from audiobuy and receive the legitimate product. I made the order with Katie/audiobuy and saved about $75AUD in total , i'm VERY satisfied with the price I paid. The order itself was shipped to me using FEDEX which was included in the price and took exactly 3 days to be delivered to me after my Visa card account was billed. I've already read reviews online about this company and i'm very happy to recommend the Audiobuy business to the online community. My rep Katie at Audiobuy emailed me after the item shipped that i could contact her for discounts if I need anything else so i'll be taking her up on this offer most definitely.

I'm not able to comment on their returns,refunds or warranty policy as we haven't needed to do any of these.

I recently ordered a Shure SRH440 Headset from AudioBuy.com.au Australia. I did not hesitate ordering from them because I have had nothing but good experiences with them in the past, plus they were at a great price. I notice that most prices listed on the audiobuy website are low but not all.

I've been playing for a while now. I've got some nice axes from different retailers. Just made my first AudioBuy.com.au purchase. Only regret is wishing I had bought all of my equipment from this company. Top-tier service. Never have I been treated so nicely and the service I needed when I received my Telecaster was done so well I'm amazed. I had a problem with the nut and they paid for me to return it. Then they cut a NEW nut and replaced it. Set-up is spot on. Very accurate intonation.

Heavenly voices I found the TC Helicon Harmony GX T at a very good price, brand new and had to have it. If you read the manual you can get very good results, otherwise you will hear it kind of robotic, but once you get it right it is amazing. Good product.

Great service - 5 out of 5 I purchased a pair of KRK Rokit speakers a few months ago and just received an email from AudioBuy.com.au asking to review them. I was informed they were brand new but had been in the warehouse for a few months and so the boxing had a few scuff marks... AudioBuy.com.au Australia gave me the option of getting those or getting new stock from KRK. They arrived (each weigh 30kg) in mint condition. Very happy customer! AudioBuy.com.au Australia - Awful customer service I asked about if they had more yahama drum modules in stock and I got a reply that they'd be more in stock within a few days so i went ahead and checked out on the AudioBuy.com.au store. A week later i still didn't get the tracking # so i emailed them and had to wait 3 more days before they finally gave me the tracking number. Missing item , email me back faster guys! I have emailed AudioBuy.com.au in the morning about my missing item in my order. I purchased 2 guitars and 1 pickup , I got the 2 guitars but where is my pickup???? I'm still waiting for a response and I'm hoping AudioBuy read this review so they can respond. Very impressed! Knowledgeable staff, great gear, competitive pricing = very good value overall. I bought the Traktor S5 DJ controller & a pair of RCF ART-15A Powered Speakers. AudioBuy has great prices and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that I would prefer AudioBuy to ship headphones double-boxed instead of using a bag, so that the headphone boxes are not damaged (mine was slightly damaged).

This isn't a big deal but the prices for acoustic strings locally are very dear. My rating would've been 5 except for the strings issue but its OK. Thanks AudioBuy :)

Great price, great brevity, great UI, one exception. The only exception, is that the button to select whether or not you get the express shipping, is only available after you input your PayPal info. This was a minor issue that made me a little anxious, but it works fine nonetheless. I recommend this store massively, and my roommate will be buying some headphones soon, I'm encouraging it to come from here.

I love AudioBuy.com.au Australia , I have had no trouble at all in the past. However with this purchase the shipping got all mucked up. I paid for express shipping but the gear didn't get shipped until 4 days after my order. To give the store credit, they cheerfully refunded the express postage amount. However the gear arrived in a postage satchel with a huge hole in it. Fortunately everything was still in the bag.

Good product range good product range but website is a bit tricky. I bought a zoom recorder which is a nice gadget. However the instructions are very minimal. If you replace the battery when it goes flat, it wipes the memory chip..nothing about that in the instructions. AudioBuy.com.au Review Great price. Slower transport than expected Exactly that. Great price, website is good. Online chat worked well. Pretty sure the website said delivery within 3-5 business days. Then recieved the phone call to say it would be longer. Even if i paid extra for postage no guarantees. A little disappointed but overall happy

I just received my new Schecter in the mail after a 2 day customs clearance delay and I'm very happy with my purchase. Prior to purchasing from Audiobuy I made a few calls to other music shops asking for quotes and the best price. Their price did not come close but tried to win my sale by offering an extended warranty for the Schecter guitar and used scare tactics about buying from overseas retailers. I eventually made the decision to go with AudioBuy and they were very helpful pre-purchased in terms of the stock levels and the total cost it would make to my bank account. All in all i'm rating AudioBuy a 5/5 star rating , I got exactly what I ordered and the guitar is in immaculate shiny condition. The only downside I can think of would be the phone support AudioBuy offer. My emails were responded to within a few hours and I'll definitely be purchasing from AudioBuy again but not another guitar maybe a set of DiMarzios. Thanks AudioBuy!

Which we closely monitor since the delivery place is quite far for we have tried ordering with other site but they cannot deliver. I had great experience with this company. I had great experience with Audiobuy. Some say that they had an issue with being charged the incorrect amount. Hmm mediocre.. 3/5 rating because the guitar arrived but there were no extra strings included , I spoke to Katie for about 20 minutes and we were told that extra acoustic strings would be included but yes , the guitar arrives , open the box , and no strings..I'm currently in communication with AudioBuy about shipping us the acoustic strings but they seem hesitant to spend $40 on posting $5 strings...but if they want me as a return customer then I guesss they'll need to send them.
