We at The Italian Job Catering Company, with our Wood Fired ovens mounted on a trailer makes it possible for us to travel anywhere. We specialise in catering all types of events from small to large numbers in the Sydney area and all surroundings. This allows us to bring our delicious pizza to you!
We arrive about an hour before the start of an event to warm up the oven. Once it is warmed up, the oven temperature hits roughly 400 degrees and the pizzas cook in just a couple of minutes. We hand stretch and top all of our pizzas on-site and cook them in our authentic wood fired oven. We would love the opportunity to be a part of your next special event!
