Fragile Removals

Boys were great however damaged my fridge door. I was initially told they would cover the repair but they have now refused to pay this. The reason given was because the boys reported the damage rather then me. Cannot recommend the company despite being very happy with the boys

About Fragile Removals.Do not use this company, they are irresponsible and dishonest, they showed up late, then were so slow that my wife and I had to start carrying things out to make it faster, they told us one price when we booked and when we went to pay it was beyond what they said, they were trying to charge us for going back to the depot when the quote and email we got from the company clearly said that we were not going to incur in those charges. The guys were taking breaks to smoke and asked us for coffee many times. When we went to get our things out of the storage the company we got to do the job (because we were not going to get them to do it again) was amazed at the way the stored out belongings and they charged us for a storage bigger that the one they actually used. They scratched our furniture, even though they were wrapped in bubble wrap and those blankets that they use.. the only explanation for that has to be that they dropped our things, how else could out bed, tables, chest drawer get so scratched up. Boxes that we have marked with EXTREMELY FRAGILE GLASS were squizzed down and of course thing were broken. Please DO NOT use this company, their lack of professionalism and respect is unbelievable. They are not the best, they are not good at all...they are very very bad. Save yourself from a headache. We felt ripped off.
