These holistic methods are based on the concept that everything within the body is interconnected. She has first hand experience of just how powerful these modalities can be – after being bed-ridden with autoimmune disease, she turned to Reiki. Over time these techniques allowed her to get off pain medication, not to mention helping her overcome various other issues in her own life.
