Raw Recruitment Pty Ltd was established in Victoria, 2013 by Christian Gaylard, Allan Jones and Robbie Peden to provide business enhancement through superior personnel management, group training and employment services for Aboriginal job seekers in the construction industry.
In just three years RAW Recruitment Pty Ltd has grown and expanded into other states and new industries.
In line with the Australian Governments ‘Close the Gap’ initiative, RAW aims to reduce Aboriginal disadvantage by engaging men and women through sport and community and assisting them into sustainable employment.
