Harcourts Essential is locally owned and run by Jim Georgiou. Opening in November 2007, Harcourts Tecoma was the first Harcourts office to open in the Yarra Ranges. The office is located on the main strip of Tecoma, between Upwey and Belgrave. Its vibrant colour makes it a stand out from whichever direction you are traveling.
