Wow! My gosh...just completed my diploma of business and have been asked to leave my honest review. So here I am :) I opted to go online study. Loved it and will be taking enrolment in Diploma of HR with CAIT, hopefully next week. I enjoyed the self-paced part of it. Had email exchanges with my tutor quite a few times. Response time was terrific. Liked support pages on CAIT's website. Even my friends studying in other TAFE appreciated CAIT's support pages and openness. In short, I loved it and will be CAIT's student once again :) Yahoo!!!!! I am diploma holder now....Hurray...

I am enrolled in Certificate IV in Training & Assessment as an online student. I found there assessors mark assessments thoroughly. They literally read every single word (which is really annoying, if you have tried to be bit lousy). Helps student to really study and learn. Happy to be CAIT's student. - Jose, Ecuador

Dewi Saroni heren from Alice Spring. I am doing Cert IV in Project Management Practice with CAI. What I liked the most is I don't have to go anywhere to do the course. Everything is online. Specially the practical component of my assignments. My tutor is always happy to send me the link for replacement task which I can easily do from home. Thanks for making online studies available and affordable for people like me. Thank you very much Simone for your extra ordinary support and assistance.

Steve McDonald here. Completed my Diploma of Human Resources Management from Coupar Angus Institute. I must admit they made me to learn..lol! I learnt a lot during my studies; specially Google research to find the correct answers was just phenomenal. Considering to enrol in Diploma of Management with CAIT within next couple of weeks.

This is Rachel Lee from Broadmeadows, Victoria. I joined Coupar Angus Institute five months ago. Currently doing Diploma of Business. I don't know what those two negative reviews are about. In contrary I found the learning material very helpful and encourages participant to do his/her own research and add their own experiences in assessment. I am extremely surprised on one of the negative comments saying there is no videos - while there is a Your Tube channel for Coupar Angus students. It sounds like the reviewer is not a Coupar Angus student. The reviewer said no PowerPoints; while the Coupar Angus's You Tube Channel is full of PowerPoint presentations :) The reviewer said no other sources of information is available while on Coupar Angus website there is a Support menu with extremely helpful links, hints, samples, templates and guidelines. In fact, their 'Support' pages, was one of the main motivation in making decision to enrol at Coupar Angus. The reviewer said no references to text books; while as a perspective student I was able to find a list of recommended textbooks on their FAQs page. Overall I am satisfied with my studies and am progressing very well. I have learnt a lot and will definitely be choosing Coupar Angus for my next diploma course.

Just came across these reviews and thought I should share mine :). I am Coupar Angus' graduate. Completed three diplomas i.e. project management, HR and business administration. In 3 and a half years time I believe I know the most of Coupar Angus. Learning material - they are laid out in slide-by-slide design but the beauty is you get access to the assessment at the same time. The structure haled me to study and attempt the assessment activities on as I go basis. I was able to interact with my tutor. Turn around time was 24 hours; which I believe wasn't bad at all. Specially when I compare it with some other big institutes; where turn around time can go up to 5, 10 or even 15 days :) Support Pages, You Tube videos and specially the hard copies of online material made by learning journey lot easier. I really didn't bother about assessment turn around times simply coz, after submitting one unit I was assigned with the new unit and I used to commence work on the new one straight away. I had the passion to learn and I am glad that I selected the right institution. Myee Allison, Darwin.

As far as I am concerned, I am impressed with ease of enrolment, quality of learning material, attractiveness of web design and specially the support pages & you tube videos. Very helpful. Kenn Iskov, Diploma of Management, Ermington, NSW

I recently commenced Cert IV in HR with CAIT. I completed my first unit successfully. I enjoyed it and learnt a lot. The best part was that we implemented most of this in our office; which made my learning more exciting. Looking forward to progress towards other units. Treshca, Springvale.

Hi guys, this is Alexander Fraser. I am UK based and have successfully completed Diploma of HR from Coupar Angus. I really enjoyed the course. Online learning was challenging but the supprt pages on Coupar Angus website, the tutor and you tube channel helped me to achieve my goals. Thanks everyone at Coupar Angus.

My experience with Coupar Angus was different to other two reviewers. Probably they are not familiar with online learning :) I recently completed Diploma of Project Management from Coupar Angus and am a happy student. During my 15 months study period I had access to you tube videos, my elearning material, support pages and tutor. If I needed help tutor was able to either send me the link to find the material or was updating the support pages with hints. Paying for a certificate wasn't an issue for me. Hey...I was on a super discount anyways (I paid only $695 for the whole course) so why should i complain??

This is by far the worst training organisation I have ever had the displeasure of enrolling with. 2 years in and I am still unable to get my certificate from them. I would never recommend them to anyone. Terrible service, terrible student assistance, terrible systems. All in all a most horrible experience. I urge everyone to take their hard earned money elsewhere.

I enrolled with this RTO after completing a number of other qualifications using on-line learning. However, 2 months into the course and I remain utterly shocked and appalled at the abysmal quality of training materials, the lack of support and condescending comments from support personal and an apparent disregard for providing a complete student learning experience. The training materials that are provided are monotonous, fail to cover adequately prepare the learner for assessment tasks and do not align to the delivery of the qualification as provided by the AQF training package. To make matters worse, there is no videos, power point presentations or other sources of information (such as references to text books or websites) to enrich the learners experience with the subject and develop a strong foundation in the unit. The materials that are provided are of the summarised written lecture notes styled, punctuated sporadically with gimmicky graphics that do not meaningful aid in the learning process. The materials simply do not cater to another other then a student who learns by reading notes alone. Indeed, if it was not due to industry experience, I would not have been able to pass the assessment tasks based on the materials provided alone. On the times I did contact the staff, I received condescending remarks back that were indicative of a failure to appreciate that I was confused and seeking help, not looking for someone to belittle me. I entered this course I am enrolled in with high hopes, and gave it a fair go. However, the further along I go, the growing realisation that I have wasted my money on a substandard RTO provider continue to nag at me. Do not be sucked in by the fake glowing reviews you may read elsewhere. They have been placed by CAIT staff, and are not a true reflection of the poor quality product offered by this organisation. Final say: Dont waste your money or time with this mob.
