Lets begin. Well, based in Hervey Bay Queensland I am a Personal Physique Coach specialising in total transformations, body fat loss and lean muscle gain. The key word here is ‘Coach’, I am not a personal trainer and for good reason. I demand far superior results from all my clients than the average PT would expect. Also, it is my passion to coach every aspect of helping you reach your goals; physically, mentally and emotionally on your road to success. The purposeful exclusion of the term ‘weight loss’ is critical, I don’t coach you to just  ‘lose weight’, I train you to gain muscle and lose body ‘fat’ resulting in the physique of your dreams. 

I’ve been active in the fitness industry for nearly 10 years and during this time I have had the pleasure of learning from the industry’s most brilliant minds. Whether you want to drop 20kg, put on muscle mass or just simply look great in a bikini I’ve practiced a vast amount of principles and through trial and error, developed a system that allows for the most effective method of coaching you to your individual fitness goals. I originally completed my Cert III and IV in Fitness, Diploma of Sport and Cert IV in massage with the aim of a motivating, inspiring and helping my clients reach their goals, but time has shown that personal training alone left me unable to deliver the desired results. But… I continued to study and seek information from the best in the industry, ultimately gaining the tools necessary to build a system that delivers the results I promised. 

My coaching focuses on education, ensuring that once people have reached their dream physique they also have the healthy habits and lifestyle choices in place to maintain and improve themselves moving forward. Currently I am furthering my study by completing an education degree supporting my beliefs in the necessity of education in order to spread the word on the most effective principles to reach your personal fitness goals.

During our journey I will teach you not only how to drop body fat, gain learn muscle and reach your health and wellbeing goals, but I aim to install in you the importance of looking after your health by providing you with advice and tips for a better quality of life and ultimately, better results.
