The end product will be directed by your individual requirements.
• Clearspan Gable - The stratco outback clearspan gable is a pitched roof patio, verandah or carport which will be a stylish addition to your entertaining area of the home. The clearspan gable promotes an open and spacious entertaining area to be enjoyed all year around. There are many options available to add to the stratco outback clearspan gable and can be designed to your specific requirements.
• Outback Cooldek - The stratco outback cooldek is an insulated panel that combines an attractive uninterrupted ceiling with insulation and roofing in the one product. The cooldek is able to span several meters with no supporting framework. There is an option of adding roof lights, downlights and ceiling fans to your design with this amazing product. The cooldek insulated panel provides a barrier from the heat above on hot days while enjoying the home entertainment area.
• Timber - Premier will assist in designing your flat or gable patio, pergola, carport or verandah and construct it from treated pine framework and corrugated colorbond or laserlyte roofing. The design will be directed by your requirements.
• Decking - Premier will assist in designing your new deck to your specific requirements. We will then construct the decking using either treated pine or colorbond steel sub floor and timber or composite decking materials. Merbau decking is your more traditional decking material and composite is your new minimal maintenance decking material which a lot of people are leaning towards now.
