Date: 06/07/2021I contacted Michelle from Coates Pet Transport today as I was exploring options to get my cat from Heathcote to Canberra during the time of lock down in Sydney. As luck would have it, Michelle rang me back 10 minutes after my query and was able to pick up my cat in the afternoon. Ninety minutes after confirming the pick up, Michelle had Sashi on board. Four hours later we met in at Mittagong. Sashi was not at all stressed after her adventure which included a one hour stop at Michelle’s place allowing me time to get to Mittagong. All this for a very reasonable price. Overall, I was really impressed and totally recommend Coates Pet Transport. I wouldn’t hesitate to use thus service again if I ever needed to. I could not be more impressed.
