Waiting 45 minutes before I see the doctor.... I was on time, don't mind waiting 15-20 minutes but this place is ridiculous. As for dr lee, he is more interested in wasting time talking about his own stuff and seems to be fluffing away all the time. Don't bother with this doctor!!!!

On occasions I do have to wait a while to see the doctors but overall very accommodating and great service. If I've had a real emergency they have always seen me immediately. I commend the staff on how well they tolerate the abuse they get from patients.

The reception staff are always courteous and accommodating and try to do their best for patients. Doctor Ng is very thorough and follows up on issues.

if you want to seen by a very god doctor then you can't go past DR Robert Lee I am classed as having some rare and complex medical issues If it wasn't for Dr Lee then the chances are I would not be here to type out this review. Dr lee is not a clock watcher he sits and listens to your symptoms and will asses and address your concerns.For this reason you have to wait a bit to see him but that will be worth it.As a patient of Dr Lee i can only praise and thank Him for all his efforts.George

Sure they might be running a bit behind, but on many occasions they have seen my kids straight away. Once when my son had pneumonia and was admitted to the RCH for 3 days they saw him immediately, conferred with other doctors at the practice and gave me a referral to the hospital and phoned ahead to say I was on my way. When it matters they are r here for you.

The reception staff here truly don't care about helping people at all.

The staff here are extremely rude. Attend at your own peril!
