think it does have more to do with the motor Adrenalast pattern itself if you're due in
two sets of squats are three sets and then you're moving on to your isolation
where up the bulk up your volume is it's quite the vocal your volume is all that
isolation so it's kind of dumb to think that your spot is going to be the main
thing progressing if the bulk of your work isn't even that movement right so
eighty percent or percent of your
training is another motor pattern in eighty to ninety percent to be effective
that training is going to be on those patterns and not on the patterns that are
important rap so it people spend more of their time on those training patterns that
are important they end up getting more benefit then if they were to go the
other way and look at patterns that are actually going to translate right and
that result year even for theguys you're more until also results shots less
size because it’s less tension it's less overload it's less overall effect on the
body I'm so they end up sacrificing what is their most valuable type of
training.
