Learn to Meditate courses in Melbourne for the general public. The six to
eight week courses teach: - How to relax the body and calm the mind using a range of meditation techniques. - How to work with and manage difficult thoughts and emotions. - How to integrate meditation into day-to-day life. The courses are non-religious and practical, and are grounded in research. We also partner with local government, community organisations and schools to deliver affordable, culturally appropriate and conveniently located meditation courses and yoga classes. With a focus on offering courses and workshops to public housing tenants, culturally and linguistically diverse members of the community and the disadvantaged, we ensure cost, location and cultural background are not a barrier to experiencing the benefits of meditation and yoga. |
