Date: 21/06/2016I was very much active into sport and kept on hurting my knees and other body parts. At one point, I suffered from serious spine injury which made me to get bed ridden for a month. I joined sports massage south Penrith from South Penrith Physio and within two weeks I was perfectly walking and started practicing. Now I am a regular member with them and their massage sessions have made me more active and stronger to perform better at sports.
Date: 30/03/2016I am a professional football player but recently I faced a bad injury while playing and it damaged my knee ligament. Doctors did their job but still my recovery rate was slow. In order to jump into my running boots again, I enrolled under South Penrith Physiotherapy.
