I have one question that I hope you can help me. I have lived after LCHF principles of good months, with great inspiration from your books.
I dojer with a really severe headaches that come on of almost every day and suddenly arisen fatigue. I've never had problems with headaches for, so think it may have something to do with Adderin pestilent to do
I eat liberal LCHF I take exercise more or less daily, drinking liters of liquid a day and takes the recommend supplements. Do you have a good rad to how I can get the headache of life I would be very sorry if I get the nod to stop this lovely lifestyle. I have attempted baths to remove and add carbohydrates at times, but I do not think it makes a difference compared to the headache.
