Don't try to bulk up when doing intensive cardio workouts. Cardio exercises are excellent for overall fitness, but a lot of it can slow down your efforts to improve muscle mass. If building up muscle is your focus, stick with resistance training.

One example of a claim that the program denied is that training like a bodybuilder is the way to go. The person who develop the program, Jason Ferruggia, was so lanky back then. He has then grown into a man every guy would be jealous of. He came up with the guide because he wanted to share what he discovered. He claimed that supplements and steroids are not necessarily the way to have a great physique. When it comes to working out hours, the program does not demand so much from its users too as the allocated gym time is just 3 hours per week
