Enduro Rush  out your shoulders or chest first and then I'll do squats because of any extensions of curls but quite often I'll just sp lit those up even between exercises as well so we'll be doing back-to-back extensions of for extensions Enduro Rush   usually at least  I just find it works good for me it's a strong I'm also good for me a lot of resistance
