“I.T.S.” offer Certificate 1, 2 and 3 in Retail, Aged Care and Community Welfare. I.T.S. also interviews clients and assesses their level of abilities and literacy as well as assessing the students strengths to see how best we can assist the student to reach their fullest potential.
We pride ourselves on providing quality training with a
strong focus on job outcomes for students.
I.T.S. also provides mentoring during our training
programs, career planning, pathways and a progress report showing areas
that the student excels in and areas that the student may need further
training in.
I.T.S. ensures that students are clear in their choices and
career pathways and know of opportunities that are available to them
such as pathways to universities to further their study in Marketing or
Business anagement, or even Small Business Management to name just a
few.
I.T.S. have experienced Career Counsellors/General
counsellors to provide this level of assistance to all students at no
extra cost.
Independent Training Solutions trainers have a unique style in delivering modules to students ensuring that all students engage well in their training. All I.T.S. trainers have many years experience with people who are disengaged or have special needs or have been out of the workplace for many years. We have real results with real people.
