Date: 06/11/2012I found their course fine, it covered all the required units. Disappointed that they push so hard to get your payment and you through within the time frame and yet fail within their own customer service. I have been waiting over six weeks for my final statement of attainment and get the run around when I email. It is a shame that they can't improve in this area, with today's technology two/three weeks should be the limit.
Date: 17/07/2012DO NOT DO THEIR COURSES.. THEY ARE EXTREMELY LONG AND HAVE NO SUBSTANCE (DRYER THAN THE SAHARA DESERT). Support is OK but overall the courses are ridiculously long and you would be lucky to start and complete one in your entire lifetime! Stick to live learning!!!
