Date: 25/10/2016I have not received the product yet. I was purchasing a product to address the lines in my neck. A popup screen came on for an add on of eye cream. WARNING, I X'ed out and the next screen had the total and thank you for purchasing 2 products. YOU MAY GET SLAMMED, WARNING. I contacted customer service and they kept saying there was no supervisor available to change the order. Finally I threatened to cancel the whole thing and she finally decided she could reverse the slam. At this time I may just refuse the other cream when it comes if this is the way people do business now.
