DO NOT USE PARADISE KITCHENS I found this company in a google search when looking to do 3 x stone tops for some bathroom vanities. Their website was good & made it easy to submit sizes for a quote but that’s where all the good points stop! I had to follow up 4 days after submitting my quote online after not having a response from them. I finally got the quote 2 days later. I accepted & paid the full amount as it was only $1300 & I thought it would be a simple job. I was quoted 7- 10 working days to have my order. After multiple emails that always went unanswered unless I rang to chase them up (I always give 24hrs to answer emails) I finally went to pick up the stone 4 WEEKS LATER. 1 phone call I made I was transferred to 3 different people & each time I had to explain what I was calling for. I had to help them get the stone tops out of the warehouse as they were behind other jobs & being it was in a difficult position one of the tops hit some machinery & chipped which I did not notice until getting them home. Many more emails with delayed replies later they agreed to replace the chipped stone top. This took them another 4 weeks to replace this piece! When I asked them to deliver this one piece to me only 30min away ( to help make up for the atrocious service) they simply told me they were too busy. If this company cannot produce 3 standard sized stone vanity tops I would not even trust them to step foot into my house to measure up for a full kitchen. Here a bullet point list of why not to use them 1) Very poor & slow communication. 2) Confusion about orders 3) Poor customer service 4) Unenthusiastic about doing business 5) A do not care attitude There are NUMEROUS kitchen companies in Sydney. I implore anyone looking to do a new kitchen to go elsewhere. You will get better service, price & job with many other companies.
