My background includes; counselling, psychotherapy, personal development, personal grooming, image consultancy, training and assessment.
Having worked with individuals of all backgrounds and stages of development has allowed me to become more convicted by one major factor for growth and wellbeing to occur, and that is, the importance of knowing one’s self intimately.
Achieving your personal goals, such as; the right career, winning a job interview, gaining confidence, losing weight, meeting your ultimate life partner or repairing the relationship you currently find yourself in, are mere catalysts for you arriving at the crossroads for personal inner greatness.
