Date: 16/01/2021we had contract to build granny flat with this builder since beginning of 2019 , now is 2021, still we have problem to get the paper work for council approval, do not give any kind of job to them , ask if they have licence trads , Gas fitter is not licenced,

Date: 17/12/2020we start contract to build granny flat 2019/9-- now is end of 2020. still they did not complete the building and paper work, we went fair trade for three months ,now we going to court ,any one with same position with this builder contact me 0414415942, we can help each other to get our money back
