Mark Perriam is the Member of Silverfin Property which recently completed the successful retail development in Constellation Drive. Mark Perriam
transformed an old warehouse into a number of retail shops. These
include The Coffee Club, Mexicali Fresh, Tank Juices, Bruce Lee Sushi,
and Snap Fitness. The centre has become very popular with the
surrounding businesses and large number of commuters that travel through
to the Bays. Project manager Mark Perriam said tilt-slab construction had allowed for rapid progress on the 2100 square metre, two-storey building.
