The Healthy Mind Clinic specialises in delivering evidence-based services to help people improve their mental health. We work with people to understand what has prompted their concerns, what maintains them and importantly, we teach people the skills they need to overcome them.
Dr Adrian Allen is a Psychologist in Sydney. He holds a PhD and Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of New South Wales. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) degree with First Class Honours from Macquarie University.
