Does he really have a genuine complaint? Is it another service trying to bag Housecalls? Does he have the intestinal fortitude to come forward?
Date: 05/05/2014Contracted House Calls to conduct a pre-purchase inspection on a residential property.
The inspector missed many significant issues, including faulty gate systems, structural rust on patio supports and severe moisture ingress from a failed shower. I would strongly advocate for NOT hiring the inspectors at House Calls as, based on my experience, will not do a proper job. To make it worse, if there are any issues with the inspection the Proprietor will not respond to any communications. Save time and possibly very expensive investment mistakes and hire another inspection service.
I have no confidence the any inspection carried out by Housecalls Property inspections will be thorough or effective.
