Date: 28/05/2019Ordered a 1L shampoo online, received in time but it was a wrong type of shampoo. Tried contacting them for a replacement but got no reply, nor replacement, nor a refund. Very disappointing. Will never order again and will NOT recommend anyone.
Date: 17/02/2016Was charged twice on an order that I placed, several attempts of contact and never a return phone call.
An email that lacked any form of rectify.
Sent through copies of the two invoice charges and have not heard a thing.
Absolutely appalling way to conduct business..
Makes me question whether there is a bottle for a bottle if you don't recognise a charge...
