SP Screens Byron-Ballina-Tweed Heads

We recently had security sliding doors installed by SP Screens. Half the cost ($2427) was paid up front as a deposit. The installers were good but accidentally broke a sliding glass door. They paid for the repair but there was a delay in having the glass retinted. When the glass was finally retinted, a threatening email invoice came from SP Screens demanding payment as it was overdue and they had placed the account in the hands of debt collectors. At the same time my wife received a rude phone call from a woman in the accounts department. The account was paid within an hour of receiving the ONE and ONLY final invoice. The installation was fine but management/accounts need to pick up their game. We had other work planned with this company but will be looking elsewhere.
