Date: 08/11/2021Confirmed with me three times for a 4pm carpet clean then didn't turn up. Tried calling and kept getting sent to voicemail. Finally got onto someone and said it has been put on hold and tried to reschedule which is not good enough. Rude, disorganised and just generally awful.

So rude. Said they do eftpos and when the job was finished,
Said I had to have cash or bank transfer - with no receipt… I called to verify this, and they told me to just do it and it’s safer than taking my cards details from me… which again, on the website states the have an eftpos terminal. Do no use this company, awful
